Frequently asked questions
Does the booking have to be paid for immediately?
No. A booking on the website does not constitute payment – we hold the dates reserved until we confirm the booking. Once confirmed, you will receive payment details; payment must be made by bank transfer prior to collection.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free of charge up to 72 hours before collection. After that, we charge one day’s hire.
What happens to the security deposit?
We collect the deposit upon collection and refund it within 3 working days of the vehicle being returned undamaged.
Who can hire?
Driving licence held for at least 2 years, minimum age 21. We’ll help you check whether your licence category permits the total weight for trailers.
As far as I can see, is the vehicle available?
The calendar shows real-time availability – a red date means the day is booked. Select a period and the price appears immediately.
Do you deliver the vehicles?
Subject to agreement – the delivery option appears in the booking form, if enabled.
