Frequently asked questions
Does the booking have to be paid for straight away?
No. A booking on the website does not constitute payment – dates remain reserved until we confirm them. Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice; payment must be made by bank transfer before collection.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free of charge up to 72 hours before collection. After that, we charge one day’s fee.
What happens to the security deposit?
We deduct the deposit upon collection and refund it within 3 working days after the vehicle has been returned undamaged.
Who can hire?
Driving licence held for at least 2 years, minimum age 21. We’ll help you check whether your licence category permits the gross vehicle weight for trailers.
As I see it, is the vehicle available?
The calendar shows real-time availability – a red date means the day is booked. Select a period and the price appears immediately.
Do you deliver the vehicles?
Subject to agreement – the delivery option appears in the booking form, if enabled.
