Rental terms
01Who can hire
You must have held a driving licence for at least 2 years and be aged 21 or over. For trailers, please check that your licence category permits you to drive the relevant gross vehicle weight.
02Payment
Once confirmed, you will receive payment details. Payment must be made by bank transfer before collection of the vehicle.
03Deposit
We deduct the deposit upon collection and refund it within 3 working days after the vehicle has been returned undamaged.
04Cancellation
Free of charge up to 72 hours before collection.
05Fuel
Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you collected it. Otherwise, a refuelling charge will apply.
06Damage
The hirer is liable for any damage caused during the hire period, up to the amount of the insurance excess.
07Prohibited
Using the equipment in competitions without prior agreement, transferring it to third parties, or taking it outside the EU without written permission.
This is a summary of the terms and conditions. The rental agreement, which we sign upon collection of the vehicle, is valid.
