This privacy policy explains how TT Composite SIA, reg. No. 40103393849, registered office: Georga Apiņa iela 27A–17, Valmiera, LV-4201 (hereinafter – “We”, “the Company”), processes personal data through our website and when providing rental services for motorsport vehicles, equipment and/or gear.
We process personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (‘GDPR’).
1. What personal data do we process?
When you make a booking on our website, we can process:
- first name and surname;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- booking information;
- information provided by the customer in the booking notes;
- information required for the conclusion and fulfilment of the rental agreement;
- information on customer communication;
- technical data automatically collected when using the website, such as IP address and browser information, to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the website.
We do not process or store bank card details unless payments are made via our website.
2. Why we process personal data
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- to accept and manage bookings;
- to contact the customer regarding a booking;
- to draw up and fulfil the rental agreement;
- to ensure the handover of the reserved equipment or vehicles;
- to prepare accounting documents and comply with legal requirements;
- to resolve disputes, complaints and other issues relating to the provision of services;
- to ensure the website’s functionality and security.
We do not use personal data for any purposes other than those mentioned above.
